Yara Neuerburg serves as the Director of Instruction, guiding the Adult and Alternative Education Program and the Multilingual Program, and is the MTSS District Coordinator at Cassopolis Public Schools. With a comprehensive K-12 leadership portfolio in New Mexico and Michigan, she oversees curriculum design and implementation, assessment coordination, professional learning systems, and grant development and compliance.Yara is a collaborative leader who fosters strong relationships and shared ownership across teams, building a culture focused on continuous improvement and student success. Part of her work centers on aligning Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) frameworks with Michigan’s Integrated Continuous Improvement Process (MICIP), ensuring that systems, practices, and data-driven decision-making are coherent, sustainable, and responsive to the needs of all learners.Through her leadership, Yara supports the development of instructional capacity across the district, empowering educators and stakeholders to work collectively toward equitable outcomes for students and the broader community.
