Kayrl Reynoso is currently the Lead Behavioral and Affective Specialist with Dearborn Public Schools. She holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan and began her career in 2002 as a school social worker with the Wayne-Westland Community School District. In 2017, Kayrl joined Wayne RESA as a Special Education and Behavioral Consultant, providing leadership, coaching, consultation and professional development servicing the over 500 schools in the county. In particular, Kayrl worked alongside veteran colleagues to support over 300 Wayne County schools with the implementation of School-Wide PBIS. Kayrl has presented on PBIS and Tier 3 behavior intervention at both the state and national level. She currently leads PBIS initiatives in Dearborn with an emphasis on district systems alignment as well as training and coaching teams to improve student outcomes.
