Lindy Beckman serves as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction in a Michigan public school district, where she focuses on advancing Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) through strong systems, data use, and instructional leadership. She works closely with principals and district teams to build coherent practices that move beyond monitoring toward meaningful intervention and improved student outcomes. Her current work includes leading district efforts to design and implement a tiered attendance framework that integrates academic and social-emotional supports, with an emphasis on building adult capacity and sustainable systems.
